‘KHATENDRA’ was started by Er. Shri. Suresh N. Gulavani who has served in MSEB for 16 years Initially the business started with Bacterial Cultures, micronutrients. Right from beginning the emphasis was on introducing new products and concepturally new marketing strategics. Once the Sintex Industrial products came into Khatendra Vitarak’s fold the Agri Products were phased out. In the meantime after 5 years of Business start Mr. V.K.Kulkarni & Mr. B.S. Naik joined the firm. It ws the total devotion hardwork and penchant for minute details of Mr. V.K.Kulkarni which started giving momentum to business activity. Mr. Naik was instrumental in controlling finances Drive this period the Khatendra Vitarak got prizes for layer for 10 years best Sale on All India level for Sintex. It was mainly introduction of Sintex Water Tanks for Scarcity affected areas, water transportation by Sintex Water Tank. |

In the meantime group added innovative products like Netlon Nets, Gypsum Board and then Construction Chemicals. Introduction of Seminars at Rural level for Construction Chemicals like Algiproof, etc took the firm to great heights. Mr. Kulkarni’s efforts to introduce Algi Chemicals in projects worked to great advantage covering Koyna expansion works, Kokan Railway MKV DC canal projects, Finolex Industries etc. In the meantime Mr. P.A.Kulkarni had joined the firm & took the reigns of marketing at Netlon Products and JOTI FRP Rain Water Gutters Domes etc. In recent years Mr. Kedar Mande an young man of high ethical standards joined the firm & is mainly working in Industrial Sector introducing Polynum a reflective film (imported from Israil) and STEEL GUARD Nanacoat rust preventive. Mrs. Meera Chipade Executive Director is keenly working on Administrative & Policy matters. Now the major field activities are looked by Mr. V.K.Kulkarni a Whole Time Director. |

At present group covers physical territory of 5 districts like Kolhapur, Satara, Sangli, Ratnagiri, Sindhudurg. Group aims to cover major projects in adjoining Pune, Belgaum districts and part of Goa territory. The Group has over 220 dealers & this network is growing. |
